Pohlen Partners uses the personal information we collect to enable us to provide you with a high level of service. We respect the confidentiality of your private information and commit to use it only for the purposes for which it was provided, which may include:

  • Providing you with Recruitment, Career and HR Consulting services.

  • Informing you of opportunities and/or industry events.

  • Contacting you to explore employment opportunities or career services.

  • Conducting reference checks on your behalf.

Data Retention and Security.

In accordance with, and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we will retain your information as long as necessary to provide services to you.

When you provide your CV/Resume to us we store it in a secure cloud-based environment.

We make every effort to ensure that the data we store about you is accurate and up to date. Our database is periodically purged, and redundant data and records are inactivated and deleted.

Choice to Opt Out of Communications.

If you wish to opt out of any communications from us, please email our Privacy Officer at info@pohlenpartners.co.nz and we will respond to your request within five business days.

Access to your Information.

We will provide you with a copy of the personal information we hold about you provided that is does not interfere with our privacy obligations to any other parties under the Privacy Act 1993 and Amendments.
