During my career I’ve contributed to diverse companies in leadership positions, observing differing working styles, gaining broad commercial experience and an appreciation for various business landscapes and the cultural spaces within them. Knowing the value of collaborative partnerships and teamwork in creating positive outcomes transfers well into management of my executive recruitment portfolios, as well as Career Services and psychometric assessment.
This has led to consulting and providing relevant solutions, mapping expertise to emerging roles and developing functions. This aligns well with my style of being the first to try new things including new cafes, food trends and recounting those discoveries to others.
An overarching interest in social evolutions and changing cultures, (Masters of Art in Sociology), I delight in advancing my understanding of the ‘workplace’, roles, relevant industry awareness, and in sharing my experiences to assist in quality decision making.
