With a style described as commercial, curious, approachable, pragmatic and authentic, I thrive on exploring ideas and offering constructive recommendations and creative, flexible solutions. I also love storytelling to represent and elevate your personal or organisational brand.
Complementing my tenure with Pohlen Partners has been my recent experience contributing to people strategies within internal teams. Returning to Pohlen Partners, these additional insights and perspective will add value and strength to future consulting partnerships.
I'm fortunate to live in the beautiful natural surroundings of Matakana. I enjoy music and theatre - proud to be a life member and former Board member of National Youth Theatre, where I gained governance experience and exposure to the unique challenges and opportunities of purpose-driven organisations.
