At University, I completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology developing a strong interest in the use of psychological principles to benefit both the organization and the people working within them. My further Diploma in HR Management increased this knowledge.

 

I view every day as an opportunity to pick up something new, both professionally and personally. At work we are continually learning about new companies, positions, and people, applying our knowledge to projects and customer solutions. Outside this I enjoy pursuing a variety of sporting activities and exploring New Zealand.

 

Having worked in business functions that support a variety of organization operations, including recruitment, I understand the importance of these roles, skill sets and personal attributes that best suit.
