Pohlen Partners hosts a Customer Experience Forum
We brought together a group of specifically selected participants who are known to be innovative, forward thinking, willing to try new things and articulate communicators.
A facilitated session that covered client preferences, customer experience and pricing models, it has initiated thought-provoking and rewarding ideas.
The forum was identified as a first for our industry, it was welcomed by the businesses represented and acknowledged as a positive initiative of mutual benefit to our industry and their work places.
